Pete Cimbolic is the Managing Director for Research & Innovation at BRHP. His responsibilities include the oversight of organizational operations and developing new lines of business. He is also responsible for evaluating and enhancing core programs. Previously, Pete worked at the ACLU of Maryland assisting with the Thompson v. HUD lawsuit, and supporting other fair housing work. Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Catholic University. In his free time, Pete enjoys walking his dog and enjoying all that Baltimore has to offer.

Sabrina Fields is a Housing Mobility Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP, where she processes housing recertifications, rental increases, and tenancy applications. Before BRHP, Sabrina worked with the New York City Department of Housing Preservation Development for over ten years as a case manager and team leader. She graduated from Long Island University Brooklyn Campus with a bachelor’s degree. In her free time, Sabrina enjoys reading all kinds of books, especially novels.

Savanah Winn is a Communications Associate at BRHP focused on bringing creative storytelling, digital strategy and media making knowledge to provide social drive communication. She graduated from Temple University with a degree in Film and Media Arts and interned with various media companies. In addition to her professional and educational background, Savanah also enjoys curating portrait photography sessions and designing graphics in her free time.

Schneia Costley is an HR Generalist at BRHP, where she manages the daily functions of the HR department, including onboarding, administering payroll for staff and analytical roles. Prior to BRHP, Schneia worked at Gilchrist Hospice Care as a financial analyst. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems with a minor in business from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also received her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Strayer University. In her free time, Schneia likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Scott Ivins is a Housing Mobility Inspector with BRHP. He ensures the safety and sanitary conditions of the houses and apartments in the program are in compliance with the HQS standards. For the last seven years Scott worked as the lead inspection coordinator for a property management company serving Baltimore City and Baltimore County. He graduated from Cardinal Gibbons High School and continued his studies at CCBC Essex. In his spare time Scott enjoys coaching soccer and has done so at the youth, high school, and collegiate levels.

Senteria Renwicks has over 8 years of accounting experience across higher education, government and nonprofit sectors. She graduated with an MBA from University of Maryland Global Campus. Her bachelor’s is in business administration from Crandall University in Moncton, New Brunswick Canada. Prior to working at BRHP, Senteria was at Coppin State University as a Staff Accountant in the Comptroller Office. In her free time, she loves to travel, spend time with family/friends, shopping and listening to music.

Shanequa Rice is a Housing Mobility Navigation Supervisor at BRHP. Her responsibilities include processing program participant and owner requests as well as helping participants in the GAIN program achieve their goals and processes Vehicles for Change applications. Prior to her time at BRHP, Shanequa developed a background in mortgage loan processing and HUD Housing Counseling. In her spare time, she cherishes time with her two young children, has fun with friends, and enjoys traveling, as well as contributing to BRHP’s Employee Engagement Committee.

Shari Stratton is the Vendor and Procurement Specialist for BRHP. She is responsible for managing contracts and agreements with vendors. She is the point of contact for vendor contracts and deliverables. Prior to her employment at BRHP, Shari worked for several major aerospace companies as a contract administrator and human resource specialist. Shari is originally from California, and she is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. An avid dog lover, Shari spends much of her spare time with her two dogs, KobeJames and Khloe.

Sheila Lewis is a Housing Mobility Navigation Supervisor for the Counseling team at BRHP, where she leads the pre-move counseling team and manages tasks related to Individual Training Plans, Property Partner Outreach, and program compliance. Prior to BHRP, Sheila was a Vice President/Branch Manager for SunTrust Bank, and Property Manager. Sheila is a graduate of Morgan State University, with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. In her free time Sheila likes to cook, travel and spend time with family.

Sherry Carter is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP, where she handles complaints and helps provide appropriate solutions to customers. She is one of the first people our clients and visitors communicate and engage with when they have a question or problem, or visit to drop off documents. Prior to BRHP, Sherry worked at Baltimore County Housing Authority as a Customer Service Representative. Sherry also worked for GBMC NICU as a Unit Secretary. In her free time, Sherry enjoys crabbing, family time and reupholstering furniture.

Sonia Reiber is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP, where she supports the inspection / HCV teams by scheduling inspections, processing requests for tendency approvals (RTAs), leases, and unaddressed maintenance issues. Prior to BRHP, Sonia worked at a property management company processing move-outs and security deposits. In her free time, Sonia enjoys spending time with her granddaughter and volunteering at many local cat rescues.

Suezetta Owens performs the role of a Housing Mobility Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP and supports the Housing Mobility team in administering rental assistance services. Previously, Ms. Owens worked for the Housing Authority of Baltimore city, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience with the Housing Choice Voucher program specifically the Intake, Leasing & Contracting and Portability departments. In addition, Ms. Owens also has experience with the Housing Operations side of HABC; she worked as a Program Specialist for the Public Housing program where she serviced several sites including Odonnell Heights Public Homes and the largest site, Cherry Hill Homes. Ms. Owens is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. Her favorite quote is, “she who says she can and she who says she can’t are both usually right.”

Surisitee Motiram is a Housing Mobility Navigator at the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP), where they support families in finding stable housing and accessing new opportunities through the Housing Mobility Program. They hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Before joining BRHP, they were a Fulbright Scholar in Bucaramanga, Colombia, where they taught English and worked on cross-cultural exchange initiatives. Their passion for housing and mobility issues is rooted in their longstanding commitment to immigrant rights and social equity. They bring a thoughtful, people-centered approach to their work, with a focus on helping families overcome barriers and build brighter futures. Outside of work, they enjoy anime, staying active, and making art.

Teron Bridgett is a Housing Mobility Rental Assistance Associate where he is responsible for processing rent increase requests and recertifications. Prior to BRHP, Teron worked in property management as a multisite Assistant Property Manager. He also worked as a realtor, helping clients buy and sell housing. In his free time, Teron enjoys going to concerts, art exhibits, plays, traveling anywhere that has a beach, and spending time with friends and family. Teron is also a Baltimore Ravens fan.

Terry Torain is a Housing Inspector, where he performs housing quality inspections for BRHP and HABC clients. Terry has worked as a Real Estate salesman for Coldwell Banker prior to the pandemic, and as a Maryland home and lead paint inspector since 2016. He graduated from Northwestern High school in Baltimore City and Catonsville community college. In his free time, he enjoys watching boxing and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

Tia Bryant is a Housing Mobility Rental Assistance Supervisor at BRHP. Her responsibilities include responding to program participant and owner requests and processing interim changes, final eligibility applications, rent increases, and request for tenancy approvals (RTAs). Prior to BRHP, Tia worked in property management for 16 years. In her free time, Tia enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.
