The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership, Inc. requires the services of an Insurance Broker
to provide services relating to the acquisition of various insurance policies for a nonprofit
employer with approximately 80 employees. The contract would commence January 2027
through December 2030, with the option to extend services for one (1) additional two (2)
year period.

nonprofit employer retirement plan for approximately 80 employees. The contract would
