Aliyah Mubdi-Bey is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP, where she processes recertifications, interim changes, rent increases, and final eligibility. Prior to BRHP, she worked at Jenkins Block and Associates as a paralegal. In this role, she helped individuals apply and receive social security disability benefits. Aliyah earned her undergraduate degree from Sojourner Douglass College. In her free time she enjoys traveling, shopping, spending time with friends and family, cooking, and reading.

Antoine Parsley is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP, where he is responsible for recertifications and interims. He also works on RTAs and Rent Increases. Prior to BRHP, Antoine worked at NYC Housing Preservation and Development as a Recertification Case Manager. In his free time, he enjoys traveling out of the country, attending sporting events, and spending time with his wife and twin children.

Asante Campbell is a customer care representative at BRHP, where she supports the counseling team by processing move requests and handling other administrative duties. She is also responsible for providing support at the front desk when needed. Prior to BRHP, Asante worked at the National Partnership for Women and Families as an economic justice and advocacy intern. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Howard University. In her free time, Asante enjoys knitting, sewing, and spending time with her family.

Ashley Herring is a Housing Mobility Supervisor for the leasing team at BRHP. Her responsibilities include overseeing the functions of the rental assistance, inspections, and leasing teams, including determining program eligibility, leasing, moves, interims, and ending participation; ensuring inspections meets Housing Quality Standards, HUD regulations, and guidelines of the BRHP Administrative Plan; and managing voucher issuance, and review and execution of leasing goals. Prior to BRHP, Ashley was a family investment specialist with Baltimore City Department of Social Services. Ashley graduated from Montclair State University in 2013 with a bachelor’s degree in sociology. In her free time, Ashley enjoys reading books and binge watching Grey’s Anatomy.

Breanna Daley is a Customer Care Representative with the HABC Rental Assistance program. She is responsible for assisting the Housing Authority of Baltimore City and their tenants with any questions regarding housing searches, voucher information, and requests for the tenancy approval process. She also communicates with landlords and property management organizations to retrieve all necessary information to transition the tenant into their new housing unit smoothly. Prior to BRHP, Breanna worked in Property Management and Leasing across the DMV. She worked to assist people with finding an adequate new place to call home. Breanna graduated from Rockville High School, before going on to attend Coastal Carolina for a year. Outside of work, Breanna enjoys horseback riding and enjoying a picnic outside.

Chalisse Lockley is a Rental Assistant Associate at BRHP, where she processes Housing Choice Voucher Recertifications, Rent Increases, and Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs). Prior to BRHP, Chalisse worked at the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development as a Housing Specialist. She earned her Business Communications degree from Stevenson University. In her free time, Chalisse enjoys watching television and journaling.

De’Monta Reed is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP, where he manages the front desk, assists incoming clients, and processes documents. Prior to BRHP, De’Monta worked at CR of Maryland as an Assistant Property Manager. De’Monta also has over 10 years of customer service experience. He earned his Associates Degree from South Mountain Community College, and attended Howard University. In his free time, De’Monta enjoys music, anime, and any activity in the water!

Esteban is a rental assistance associate, where he manages interim changes, rent increases, and terminations. Prior to working at BRHP, Esteban worked as an online sales manager at Mac Business Solutions, an Apple reseller. He also worked at Chipotle Mexican Grill (but already knew how to make guacamole before that). He earned a bachelor’s degree in philosophy with a minor in religious studies from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. In his free time, Esteban loves watching and playing soccer, honing his analytical skills through video and board games, hiking, and doing anything in the kitchen.

FaShaunDa Walton is the Housing Mobility Director at BRHP, where she is responsible for the Rental Assistance (Housing Choice Voucher) and Counseling functions, overseeing the administration of the Housing Mobility Program. FaShaunDa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2012. Prior to BRHP, FaShaunDa worked in banking and retail and in her free time, FaShaunDa enjoys spending time at home with her family, traveling and baking.

Jahselah White is a Rental Assistant at BRHP, where she works on voucher recertifications, rent increases, and Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs). Prior to her time at BRHP, she worked for the Maryland Management Company and was a leasing professional for Morgan Properties. She is a graduate of Delaware State University with a B.A. in Integrated Studies. In her spare time, Jahselah enjoys music, singing at her church, trying new restaurants and watching movies.

Jordan Eades is a Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP, where she is responsible for determining a participant’s program eligibility, voucher issuance, and assisting with the processing of Housing Authority of Baltimore City Housing Assistance Payment contracts. She is also responsible for processing rent increase requests, Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs), interim forms, and recertifications. Prior to BRHP, Jordan worked in property management. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Morgan State University. In her free time, Jordan enjoys playing softball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.

Kelley Webb is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP. She is responsible for processing recertifications, interims, and rent increases. Prior to BRHP, Kelley worked at the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development as a rental subsidy specialist. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and doing arts and crafts.

Latisha James is the Customer Care Representative Team Lead at BRHP. Her responsibilities include managing the front office operations and other administrative responsibilities. Prior to BRHP, Latisha worked as a supervisor at a hotel where she trained the front desk staff. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her child.

Meghan Haag is a Housing Mobility Associate- Rental Assistance at BRHP, where she handles tasks related to program compliance. She earned her B.A. from Dickinson College and she is a graduate of the University of Baltimore School of Law. In her free time, Meghan enjoys gardening, reading and following the Orioles.

Nicole is a Housing Mobility Team Lead at BRHP, where she manages caseloads of HCV participants. She is also responsible for determining a participants program eligibility, voucher issuance, calculating tenant rent portions and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). Prior to BRHP, Nicole worked as a membership experience representative at USA Lacrosse. She also worked as an office secretary for the Comptroller of Maryland. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in human services administration from the University of Baltimore. In her free time, she enjoys reading, binge watching a good show, and traveling.

Paula Romero is a Mobility Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP, where she reviews and processes Final Eligibility Applications and Request for Tenancy Approval for our Partnership with HABC. She also assists with the voucher issuance process. Prior to BRHP, Paula worked at Humphrey Management as an Assistant Community Manager. Paula also worked at Southern Management at several communities in various positions, as well as at their corporate office processing applications. In her free time, Paula enjoys hanging around with her fur babies and cooking for family and friends.
