Communications and Special Projects Intern
BRHP seeks a Communications and Special Projects Intern who is passionate about social justice and civil rights issues, with a particular interest in serving low-income families in Baltimore. The ideal candidate should be a self-starter and demonstrate strong writing, creativity, empathy, organization skills, and great attention to detail. Duties will include drafting and reviewing messaging, managing social media accounts, research, and event planning and operational support. The intern will work both from the BRHP office and remotely and report to the Senior Communications and External Affairs Manager.
BRHP seeks a Talent Manager who cares not only about providing the best service to families with low incomes, but also providing the best service to those who carry out this work. The primary responsibility of the person in this role will be to set an overall talent plan and strategy to ensure that we are hiring and retaining strong talent and are supporting the professional growth of our staff. The Talent Manager is a newly created role at BRHP. This position reports to the Executive Director and will sit on the management team that helps to inform and implement the strategic direction of the organization.
Financial Operations Analyst
BRHP seeks a Financial Operations Analyst who is aligned with BRHP’s mission and experienced in nonprofit and government financial operations.
BRHP seeks a Housing Counselor who supports the organization’s mission of providing quality housing counseling services to qualifying families moving to opportunity areas. BRHP is looking for a Housing Counselor that can effectively manage competing priorities and assist a diverse client population with adjusting to new communities. Primary duties include: conducting home visits, connecting families with resources, conducting landlord/tenant mediations, and assisting families with the move process in accordance with the program’s administrative policies and procedures.
Housing Data Analyst
BRHP seeks a Housing Data Analyst to provide operational and technical support to staff and the clients we serve in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures, with a focus on process reporting, program evaluation and enhancements. The position requires an adept multitasker who can adhere to deadlines, is responsive to the needs of the staff and program, can think creatively to design and implement reporting and process improvements, and will stay abreast of the shifting policy landscape as it relates to BRHP’s program and clients.
