Human Resources/Payroll Generalist
BRHP is seeking a Human Resources/Payroll Generalist (HR/Payroll Generalist) who is aligned and highly dedicated to the mission above and experienced in nonprofit or government human resources operations. The HR/Payroll Generalist will play an integral role in our continued growth and success. Under the supervision of the Financial Operations Director, the HR/Payroll Generalist is responsible for a variety of daily operations including payroll processing, HRIS management, assisting with benefits administration, as well as HR reporting and special projects. This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who is passionate about strong administrative processes that benefit BRHP team members and who has the ability to work both independently and collaboratively, while also prioritizing a diverse workload.
Housing Data Analyst
BRHP seeks a Housing Data Analyst to provide operational and technical support to staff and the clients we serve in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures, with a focus on process reporting, program evaluation and enhancements. The position requires an adept multitasker who can adhere to deadlines, is responsive to the needs of the staff and program, can think creatively to design and implement reporting and process improvements, and will stay abreast of the shifting policy landscape as it relates to BRHP’s program and clients.
Rental Assistant Associate
BRHP seeks a Rental Assistant Associate who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include determining and documenting applicant or participant eligibility, income, and rent for the BRHP Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures. Conducting all job functions according to BRHP’s Administrative Plan, US Housing and Urban Development regulations and other state and local requirements, the position requires full accountability for assigned cases including maintaining accurate and complete files, resolving issues, and responsiveness to all inquiries.
BRHP seeks a Housing Inspector who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include working in the office and in client’s homes completing housing assessments efficiently and in a timely manner. The position requires full accountability for assigned work including maintaining accurate and complete files, consistently applying maintenance standards, and responsiveness to all inquiries.
BRHP seeks a Counselor who supports the agencies mission of providing housing counseling services to qualifying families moving to opportunity areas. BRHP is looking for a Counselor that can effectively manage competing priorities and assist a diverse client population with adjusting to new communities. Primary duties include: conducting home visits, connecting families with resources, conducting landlord/tenant mediations, and assisting families with the move process in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures.
