BRHP is a mission-driven organization that has created better life outcomes for thousands of families through housing mobility and intensive counseling to disrupt the cycles of intergenerational poverty. We believe in the right of all families to have access and choice over where they raise their families, and in their ability to achieve their goals and dreams in safe, healthy, and economically vibrant communities.

Our nationally-recognized housing mobility program has served as a model for using housing mobility to combat discriminatory housing policy and create better life outcomes for low-income families throughout the country. Counseling Supervisor

BRHP seeks a Pre-Counseling Supervisor who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include monitoring counseling staff to ensure they are meeting and/or exceeding BRHP performance standards in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures. The Pre-Counseling Supervisor will support BRHP’s mission, vision, and values by providing effective supervision to the post-counseling team and excellent customer service to a diverse client population. Conducting all job functions according to BRHP’s Administrative Plan, Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Thompson settlement agreement, and other state and local requirements, the position requires someone that can serve as an organization-wide leader and demonstrate competencies and values of BRHP.

Communications Associate

The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership seeks a Communications Associate to develop and execute a comprehensive communications strategy that advances organization goals and mission. The Communications Associate collaborates with senior leadership to assess, create and evaluate a range of internal and external communication programs, projects and services that enhance organization effectiveness, client satisfaction and Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership’s reputation as a leader in housing mobility programs. Counselor

BRHP seeks a Counselor who supports the organization’s mission of providing quality housing counseling services to qualifying families moving to opportunity areas. BRHP is looking for a Counselor that can effectively manage competing priorities and assist a diverse client population with adjusting to new communities. Primary duties include: conducting home visits, connecting families with resources, conducting landlord/tenant mediations, and assisting families with the move process in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures.

Customer Care Representative

BRHP seeks a Customer Care Representative who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include receiving information and determining and documenting client follow-up for families moving to opportunity areas in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures. Conducting all job functions according to BRHP’s Administrative Plan, US Housing and Urban Development regulations and other state and local requirements, the position requires full accountability for assigned cases including maintaining accurate and complete files, resolving issues, and responsiveness to all inquiries. This position will work closely with BRHP’s Housing Counseling team.

Vendor and Procurement Specialist

The Vendor and Procurement Specialist’s primary responsibilities are to oversee procurement and vendor deliverables in compliance with HUD regulations, governing contracts, and BRHP’s policies. This position will report directly to Managing Director of Operations and Program Evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join one of the most innovative Housing Choice Voucher and housing mobility programs in the country.

Managing Director of Program Administration

The Managing Director of Program Administration will be responsible for the Housing Choice Voucher and Counseling functions at BRHP overseeing the administration of the housing mobility program inclusive of the waitlist, counseling pipeline, eligibility, voucher issuance, recertification, and post-move counseling, in addition to several newer initiatives related to emergency rental assistance, asset building, and a demonstration linking health and housing. The Managing Director of Program Administration works in tandem with the Managing Director of Operations and Program Evaluation.

Housing Inspector

BRHP seeks a Housing Inspector who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include working in the office and in client’s homes completing housing assessments efficiently and in a timely manner. The position requires full accountability for assigned work including maintaining accurate and complete files, consistently applying maintenance standards, and responsiveness to all inquiries.

Rental Assistance Associate

BRHP seeks a Rental Assistance Associate who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include determining and documenting applicant or participant eligibility, income, and rent for the BRHP Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures.
