BRHP is a mission-driven organization that has created better life outcomes for thousands of families through housing mobility and intensive counseling to disrupt the cycles of intergenerational poverty. We believe in the right of all families to have access and choice over where they raise their families, and in their ability to achieve their goals and dreams in safe, healthy, and economically vibrant communities.

Our nationally-recognized housing mobility program has served as a model for using housing mobility to combat discriminatory housing policy and create better life outcomes for low-income families throughout the country. Counseling Supervisor

BRHP seeks a Counseling Supervisor who supports BRHP’s mission and purpose and will provide effective supervision and guidance to counseling staff, along with excellent customer service to a diverse client population. This supervisor will ensure that counselors who focus on families that have recently moved, are meeting and/or exceeding performance in their counseling function according to BRHP’s Administrative Plan, U.S. Housing and Urban Development (HUD) regulations, the Thompson settlement agreement, and other state and local requirements. The position requires someone that has the ability to serve as an organization-wide leader and competencies in both organizational macro-level and client micro-level matters.

Rental Assistance Supervisor

BRHP seeks a Rental Assistance Supervisor who cares about providing the best service to low-income families and whose duties include determining and documenting applicant or participant eligibility, income, and rent for the BRHP Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) program in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures. Conducting all job functions according to BRHP’s Administrative Plan, U.S. Housing and Urban Development regulations and other state and local requirements, the position requires a wide range of responsibilities related to program compliance, managing leasing services, supervising the recertifications and interim processing, and the management of work flow for the HCV Department.

Real Estate and Procurement Manager

BRHP is accepting applications for a Real Estate and Procurement Manager. The Manager’s primary responsibilities are to oversee a regional scattered site and multifamily Project Based Voucher development program in compliance with HUD regulations. This position is responsible for implementing the program and developing additional strategies to increase high quality housing opportunities throughout the region. The position will also help oversee procurement efforts to support BRHP’s operations. This position will report directly to Managing Director of Operations and Program Evaluation. This is an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join one of the most innovative Housing Choice Voucher and housing mobility programs in the country.
