Alison James is the financial operations director at BRHP. Her responsibilities include administering payroll and benefits for staff and processing payments to property partners and program participants. She is also responsible for preparing financial audit and regulatory reports. Alison has over 20 years of experience in banking for various financial institutions in Baltimore. Alison graduated from the University of Baltimore with a bachelor’s degree in finance and accounting, and a master’s degree in taxation. In her free time, she enjoys working on restoring her family’s farmhouse, reading, movies, and traveling.

Anthony Brown is the finance operations supervisor at BRHP. His responsibilities include providing analytical and operational support to the organization’s financial processes. Prior to joining BRHP, Anthony worked within the financial teams of UnitedHealthcare/Optum Rx, Catamaran Rx, Krisam Inc., and GEP Inc. Anthony earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from the University of Baltimore. He is currently pursuing a master’s degree in business administration from the University of Baltimore. In his free time, Anthony enjoys grilling food and participating in active outdoor activities.

Jeffrey Holland is a Finance Analyst at BRHP. His responsibilities include assisting clients, property partners, and vendors with payment inquiries, processing security deposit requests, and managing property owner and agent contacts. Jeff has over 15 years of accounting experience from manufacturing and sales industries. He earned a certificate in automotive technology from Lincoln Technical Institute and continued his education at the University of Maryland. In his free time, he enjoys watching car shows.

Marlow Henderson is a staff accountant at BRHP. His responsibilities include monitoring and reporting day to day financial operations. Prior to BRHP, Marlow worked at various local organizations as a finance grant specialist. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration in 2017 from Stevenson University. In his free time, he loves to workout in the gym, hang with friends and family, and cheer on the Baltimore Ravens.

Schneia Costley is an HR Generalist at BRHP, where she manages the daily functions of the HR department, including onboarding, administering payroll for staff and analytical roles. Prior to BRHP, Schneia worked at Gilchrist Hospice Care as a financial analyst. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems with a minor in business from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also received her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Strayer University. In her free time, Schneia likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.
