Program Training Specialist

Addae Andrews is the Program Training Specialist at BRHP, where he is responsible for developing standard training for staff, and partners, as well as updating and generating more training for clients. He is also responsible for evaluating current and ongoing training to find avenues for improved performance. Prior to BRHP, Addae served as an Officer in the US Marines, He was a public school teacher in Florida, and in private school in Grand Cayman. Addae also worked as a life insurance agent and armed security guard. He earned his BS from Jacksonville University and his M.Ed. from Arizona State University. In his free time, Addae enjoys music, museums, and sports.

Data Analyst

Chandra Tamang is a Data Analyst at BRHP, where he scripts and maintains reports, automates daily tasks, creates interactive dashboards and assists other departments with software queries. He earned his Bachelors of Science in Information Science from the University of Maryland College Park, and enjoys drawing, listening to music, and watching movies in his spare time.

Technology Associate

Ecalo Kibrom is a Technology Associate at BRHP. He is responsible for assisting staff and clients with various technical issues to ensure that all technological systems are at their optimal functioning level, allowing everyone to complete their tasks. His work includes many assignments and help requests, including account creation or deletion, hardware troubleshooting, device and inventory management, technical analysis, software installation, and device updates, among others. Prior to BRHP, Ecalo has worked in retail and service environments, and as a helpdesk support specialist at financial institutions. Ecalo graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree. In his free time, Ecalo enjoys going to the gym, playing videogames, and watching movies.

Efron Berkowitz is the Quality Assurance Supervisor at BRHP. His responsibilities include managing agency-wide program compliance in accordance with HUD regulations and BRHP’s Administrative Plan. Prior to BRHP, Efron worked as a leasing consultant for various properties in Maryland, Washington, DC, and Virginia. He also worked as an area sales representative for the Hershey Company. Efron attended high school at Wilde Lake High School in Columbia, Maryland and he earned a bachelor’s degree in history from McDaniel College, where he had the opportunity to study abroad in Budapest. In his free time, Efron enjoys playing card and board games.

Data and Innovation Supervisor

Graham Bos is the Data and Innovation Supervisor at BRHP. His responsibilities include providing operational and technical support on process reporting, program evaluation and enhancements. Prior to working at BRHP, Graham worked as a community fellow at the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development, and as an English teacher in Gran Canaria, Spain. He earned his bachelor’s degrees in economics and math from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. In his spare time, Graham enjoys playing soccer and basketball, traveling and playing chess.

Henry Podeschi is a Data Analyst at BRHP. His responsibilities include providing operational and technical support on process reporting, program evaluation and enhancements. Prior to working at BRHP, Henry was Loyola’s Center for Community Service and Justice’s York Road Initiative Commercial Corridor Intern, where he worked to connect students to their York Road community through volunteer service. He is a graduate of Loyola University Maryland, with a Bachelors of Science in Statistics and a minor in History. In his spare time, Henry enjoys the gym, collecting records, and building computers and playing PC games.

Jackie Rittenhouse is the Special Projects Coordinator at BRHP, where she supports the organization by implementing grant funding for the Healthy Children Voucher Demonstration, a 3-year effort to link housing voucher recipients with healthier home environments. Her responsibilities include identifying and applying for various grants, and serving as the primary liaison between BRHP and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City. Prior to her work as the grants coordinator, Jackie interned with BRHP in the communications department, as well as worked with Maryland Nonprofit Association. Jackie has also worked as a program manager with the Environmental Justice Workshop to develop sustainability-focused projects with input from Curtis Bay residents. She earned her bachelor’s degree in psychology and anthropology from Johns Hopkins University. In her free time, Jackie enjoys various arts & crafts, visiting farmers markets around the area, as well as picnicking and reading in Baltimore’s many beautiful parks.

Latisha James is the Operations Manager at BRHP. Her responsibilities include managing the front office operations and other administrative responsibilities. Prior to BRHP, Latisha worked as a supervisor at a hotel where she trained the front desk staff. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her child.

Micah Avery is a Special Projects Coordinator at BRHP, where she conducts policy research, coordinates projects and events, and supports the Executive Director. Micah earned her Masters in Public Policy from Stony Brook University. Prior to BRHP, she worked for the Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency in political consultation and administrative assistance. In her free time, Micah enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, and boxing.

Pete Cimbolic is the Managing Director for Research & Innovation at BRHP. His responsibilities include the oversight of organizational operations and developing new lines of business. He is also responsible for evaluating and enhancing core programs. Previously, Pete worked at the ACLU of Maryland assisting with the Thompson v. HUD lawsuit, and supporting other fair housing work. Pete holds a bachelor’s degree in philosophy from Catholic University. In his free time, Pete enjoys walking his dog and enjoying all that Baltimore has to offer.

Communications Associate

Phillip Clark is a Communications Associate at BRHP, where he assists with special projects and initiatives, manages social media accounts, and produces content and graphic material for campaigns. Before joining BRHP, Phillip worked as a digital marketer and designer for both the journalism industry and branding and packaging. He graduated from the San Francisco State University as a Visual Communications Design major. In his spare time, Phillip enjoys working on old bikes, trying new games on his PC, and watching martial arts and auto racing.

Roxy Blocksdorf is the Special Projects Coordinator at BRHP, where she supports the organization in implementing grant funding for the Healthy Children Voucher Demonstration, a 3-year effort to link housing voucher recipients with healthier home environments. Her responsibilities include identifying and applying for various grants, and serving as the primary liaison between BRHP and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City. Prior to her work as the grants coordinator, Roxy interned with BRHP in the counseling department, as well as worked with various Baltimore non-profits such as TasteWise Kids, the South Baltimore Gateway Partnership and Black Yield Institute. Roxy is also currently a community design aide fellow with the Baltimore City Department of Planning. She earned her bachelor’s degree in politics from Mount Holyoke College, and is a proud Baltimore School for the Arts graduate. In her free time, Roxy enjoys running, baking and reading in Baltimore’s many beautiful parks.
