Angela Timpson-Pringle is a Housing Mobility Supervisor for the Counseling team, where she supervises a staff of five counseling employees. She is also responsible for managing and approving security deposit assistance, orientation trackers, voucher expirations, affordability checks, and housing searches. Prior to BRHP, Angela worked for the Baltimore County Office of Housing for 20 years, where she supervised a staff of 15 and managed recertifications, interims, requests for tenancy approval, voucher issuance, landlord and tenant briefings, and monthly housing reports. Angela received a Bachelor of Science degree with a minor in accounting. In her free time, Angela loves to travel to new places.

Cheryl Daniels is a Wealth Building Coach at BRHP. She is responsible for recruiting, building and maintaining healthy relationships with property owners. She helps maintain a positive rapport with property owners and participants. Cheryl is a licensed realtor and has a background in banking and finance, where she perfected the skill of matching products and services with customers’ needs and wants. She enjoys helping others and in her free time she likes to spend time with her family and hike.

Courtney Lewis is a Customer Care Representative-General at BRHP where she collaborates with the Housing Inspection, Housing Choice Voucher program, and the Counseling teams. She is responsible for assisting clients in the plaza level office with any questions, concerns, or issues that clients or Housing Mobility program participants may have. Prior to BRHP, Courtney worked at CoreLife Healthcare as a Project Coordinator. In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading and watching television.

Denisha Turner is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP, where she supports the counseling team by processing move requests, manages the front desk, assists incoming clients, and processes documents. Prior to BRHP, Denisha worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Patient Service Coordinator. Denisha also worked at 1199 SEIU. In her free time, Denisha enjoys playing video games, music, and spending time with family.

Dominic joins us from the Housing Commission of Anne Arundel County where he worked for 13 years with his final role as Program Manager. Dominic has years of experience in customer relations, tenant services and is highly adept at problem solving to create successful outcomes. Dominic is an alumnus of San Diego State University, with a Bachelor of Arts in English.

FaShaunDa Walton is the Housing Mobility Director at BRHP, where she is responsible for the Rental Assistance (Housing Choice Voucher) and Counseling functions, overseeing the administration of the Housing Mobility Program. FaShaunDa earned her Bachelor of Business Administration with a concentration in Accounting in 2012. Prior to BRHP, FaShaunDa worked in banking and retail and in her free time, FaShaunDa enjoys spending time at home with her family, traveling and baking.

JaNay DeVaughn is a Client Service Navigator at BRHP, where she assists clients with resources, focuses on the Healthy Children Demonstration, and conducting workshops and webinars on BRHP services. She is also responsible for advocating for our clients. Prior to BRHP, JaNay worked at Eva Life Giver as a Case Manager and Psychiatric Rehabilitation Counselor. JaNay also worked at Sheppard Pratt Psychiatric Hospital. She earned her Master’s in Child & Adolescent Psychology and her second Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from The Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is also a graduate of Loyola University in Baltimore, MD. In her free time, JaNay enjoys writing, traveling, and trying new restaurants.

Prior to working at BRHP, Julia worked in consumer protection, fair housing, and veterinary medicine. Julia has an educational background in theater and legal studies, and enjoys performing, baking, traveling, and cemetery and ghost tours in her spare time.

Latisha James is the Operations Manager at BRHP. Her responsibilities include managing the front office operations and other administrative responsibilities. Prior to BRHP, Latisha worked as a supervisor at a hotel where she trained the front desk staff. In her free time, she enjoys watching movies and spending time with her child.

Leah Washington is a Housing Mobility Associate- Counseling. Her responsibilities include providing counseling for clients to help prepare them for the moving process as well as conducting Individual training plan interviews for new clients. Leah joins us from The Housing Stabilization Program at the YMCA Greater Pittsburgh Resource Center. In her role there, she provided case management to participants in the program with financial resources, established client-driven housing goals, analyzed data, and offered guidance in other areas all while providing excellent customer service. Leah is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh, with a bachelor’s in social work, with concentrations in sociology and Africana Studies. In her free time, she enjoys reading, painting, enjoying nature, and spending time with the people she loves.

Mark Pollard is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP. His responsibilities include working with the counseling team to support clients in their housing journey. Mark previously worked for a property management company. He also has experience working in public libraries. Mark studied at Towson University and the University of Baltimore, where he studied both graphic design and veterinary medicine. In his free time, he enjoys doing graphic design and cooking. He also likes Sci-Fi and loves dogs.

Melody Timmons-Prout is a Housing Mobility Team Lead at BRHP, where she advocates, supports and provides referrals to families in need of assistance. Prior to BRHP, Melody has been employed as a Property Manager and Leasing Professional. She earned her Bachelor of Science degree in Counseling and Human Services from Stevenson University in Owings Mills MD. She also holds an Associates of Arts degree in Human Services from the Community College of Baltimore County. In her free time, Melody enjoys singing at karaoke, traveling and spending time with family and friends.

Michael Young is a Landlord Relationship Specialist at BRHP, where he works on creating new relationships with BRHP’s Property Partners, maintaining and adding units to preferred unit listings, and recruiting and outreach for new Property Partners. Prior to BRHP, Michael worked at Schweb Management as a Property Manager. Michael also worked at Southern Management. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Morgan State University. In his free time, Michael enjoys playing sports, listening to music, and spending time with his family.

Shanequa Rice is a GAIN Wealth Building Coach at BRHP, where she helps participants in the GAIN program achieve their goals and processes Vehicles for Change applications. Prior to her time at BRHP, Shanequa developed a background in mortgage loan processing and HUD Housing Counseling. In her spare time, she cherishes time with her two young children, has fun with friends, and enjoys traveling, as well as contributing to BRHP’s Employee Engagement Committee.

Tiera Haley is a Housing Mobility Associate- Counseling at BRHP. Her responsibilities include conducting individual training plan (ITP) interviews for new BRHP applicants to prepare them for the private rental market, helping BRHP program participants manage their needs and achieve their goals, and providing both scheduled and walk-in counseling services for clients. Prior to BRHP, Tiera worked at the Maryland Developmental Disability Administration, where she provided administrative support to the executive management team. Tiera attended Coppin State University and Phoenix University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, and meditating.
