Surisitee Motiram is a Housing Counselor at the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP), where they support families in finding stable housing and accessing new opportunities through the Housing Mobility Program. They hold a bachelor’s degree in Sociology and Political Science from St. Mary’s College of Maryland. Before joining BRHP, they were a Fulbright Scholar in Bucaramanga, Colombia, where they taught English and worked on cross-cultural exchange initiatives. Their passion for housing and mobility issues is rooted in her longstanding commitment to immigrant rights and social equity. They bring a thoughtful, people-centered approach to their work, with a focus on helping families overcome barriers and build brighter futures. Outside of work, they enjoy anime, staying active, and making art.

Teron Bridgett is a Housing Mobility Associate where he is responsible for processing rent increase requests and recertifications. Prior to BRHP, Teron worked in property management as a multisite Assistant Property Manager. He also worked as a realtor, helping clients buy and sell housing. In his free time, Teron enjoys going to concerts, art exhibits, plays, traveling anywhere that has a beach, and spending time with friends and family. Teron is also a Baltimore Ravens fan.

Terry Torain is a Housing Inspector, where he performs housing quality inspections for BRHP and HABC clients. Terry has worked as a Real Estate salesman for Coldwell Banker prior to the pandemic, and as a Maryland home and lead paint inspector since 2016. He graduated from Northwestern High school in Baltimore City and Catonsville community college. In his free time, he enjoys watching boxing and is a huge Dallas Cowboys fan.

Tia Bryant is a Housing Mobility Supervisor at BRHP. Her responsibilities include responding to program participant and owner requests and processing interim changes, final eligibility applications, rent increases, and request for tenancy approvals (RTAs). Prior to BRHP, Tia worked in property management for 16 years. In her free time, Tia enjoys shopping and spending time with her family.

Tiera Haley is a Housing Mobility Associate- Counseling at BRHP. Her responsibilities include conducting individual training plan (ITP) interviews for new BRHP applicants to prepare them for the private rental market, helping BRHP program participants manage their needs and achieve their goals, and providing both scheduled and walk-in counseling services for clients. Prior to BRHP, Tiera worked at the Maryland Developmental Disability Administration, where she provided administrative support to the executive management team. Tiera attended Coppin State University and Phoenix University. In her free time, she enjoys reading, journaling, and meditating.

Tonya is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP, where she is responsible for processing recertifications, rent increases, interim changes, and denials and/or terminations. Previous, Tonya worked as a family investment specialist with the Dorchester County Department of Social Services where she interviewed applicants for public assistance, medical assistance and/or food stamps in the Family Investment Administration (FIA) of the Department of Human Resources to determine eligibility and need for FIA programs. She also worked for Dorchester Early Learning Center as a family advocate, where she performed case management, educated families, coordinated monthly socializations, and helped parents become self-sufficient. Tonya received a bachelor’s degree in administration with a concentration in business from Sojourner-Douglass College. In her free time she enjoys shopping, decorating, traveling, listening to music, and, most importantly, spending time with her adult children and grandchildren.
