He graduated from the University of Baltimore with a Master of Business with a specialization in the Public Sector, and a bachelors degree in accounting. In his free time, Anthony enjoys grilling, cooking, and smoking foods, watching sports, and spending quality time with his family.

Asante Campbell is a customer care representative at BRHP, where she supports the counseling team by processing move requests and handling other administrative duties. She is also responsible for providing support at the front desk when needed. Prior to BRHP, Asante worked at the National Partnership for Women and Families as an economic justice and advocacy intern. She earned her bachelor’s degree in sociology from Howard University. In her free time, Asante enjoys knitting, sewing, and spending time with her family.

Charletta McLean is the HR Talent Manager at BRHP, where she is responsible for setting an overall talent plan and strategy to ensure that BRHP is hiring and retaining passionate and above capable talent, while supporting and encouraging their professional growth. She is also responsible for creating honest and trusted relationships amongst team members to help employees thrive individually and collectively. Charletta has been an HR Professional for over 20 years. Prior to BRHP, Charletta worked for Richcroft, Inc, the Family League of Baltimore City, and eMerge, Inc. She earned her bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a minor in legal studies, from Towson University. She also earned her master’s degree in human resource development and management. In her free time, Charletta enjoys reading, dancing, shopping, volunteering, and spending time with her family and friends.

Courtney Lewis is a Customer Care Representative-General at BRHP where she collaborates with the Housing Inspection, Housing Choice Voucher program, and the Counseling teams. She is responsible for assisting clients in the plaza level office with any questions, concerns, or issues that clients or Housing Mobility program participants may have. Prior to BRHP, Courtney worked at CoreLife Healthcare as a Project Coordinator. In her free time, Courtney enjoys reading and watching television.

Before joining BRHP, Dasia held customer-facing roles at M&T Bank and Jerry’s Chevrolet, where she developed a strong foundation in client relations, compliance, and administrative support. Outside of work, Dasia enjoys giving back to the community and spending time with her family.

Prior to BRHP, Denisha worked at Johns Hopkins Hospital as a Patient Service Coordinator. Denisha also worked at 1199 SEIU. In her free time, Denisha enjoys playing video games, music, and spending time with family.

Ecalo Kibrom is a Technology Associate at BRHP. He is responsible for assisting staff and clients with various technical issues to ensure that all technological systems are at their optimal functioning level, allowing everyone to complete their tasks. His work includes many assignments and help requests, including account creation or deletion, hardware troubleshooting, device and inventory management, technical analysis, software installation, and device updates, among others. Prior to BRHP, Ecalo has worked in retail and service environments, and as a helpdesk support specialist at financial institutions. Ecalo graduated from Towson University with a Bachelor of Science degree. In his free time, Ecalo enjoys going to the gym, playing videogames, and watching movies.

Gibran K. Holmes currently serves as a Customer Care Representative with the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership, where she provides support to Housing Choice Voucher participants through responsive case management, program guidance, and client services. She brings extensive experience in housing services, resident engagement, and case management, including prior roles with the Housing Authority of Baltimore City, Baltimore County Public Schools, and as a Resident Advisor Supervisor for the State of Maryland. Gibran is pursuing a dual bachelor’s degree in Christian Leadership and Business Management at Liberty University, with an expected graduation in May 2027. Her qualifications include strong skills in service coordination, eviction prevention, financial literacy programming, and community outreach. She aspires to integrate her leadership and business training with her passion for housing services to positively impact communities. Outside of work, Gibran loves to sing, listen to music, and spend quality time with her spouse and children.

Micah Avery is a Special Projects Coordinator at BRHP, where she conducts policy research, coordinates projects and events, and supports the Executive Director. Micah earned her Masters in Public Policy from Stony Brook University. Prior to BRHP, she worked for the Brookhaven Industrial Development Agency in political consultation and administrative assistance. In her free time, Micah enjoys biking, hiking, yoga, and boxing.

Phillip Clark is an External Engagement Specialist at BRHP, where he strengthens how BRHP communicates with clients and partners—developing new tools, events, and opportunities to deepen engagement and amplify BRHP’s impact. Before joining BRHP, Phillip worked as a digital marketer and designer for the journalism industry. He graduated from the San Francisco State University as a Visual Communications Design major. In his spare time, Phillip enjoys working on old bikes, trying new games on his PC, and watching martial arts and auto racing.

Prior to BRHP, Schneia worked at Gilchrist Hospice Care as a financial analyst. She earned her bachelor’s degree in computer information systems with a minor in business from Notre Dame of Maryland University. She also received her master’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resource management from Strayer University. In her free time, Schneia likes to travel and spend time with family and friends.

Shari Stratton is the Vendor and Procurement Specialist for BRHP. She is responsible for managing contracts and agreements with vendors. She is the point of contact for vendor contracts and deliverables. Prior to her employment at BRHP, Shari worked for several major aerospace companies as a contract administrator and human resource specialist. Shari is originally from California, and she is a graduate of the University of California, Irvine. An avid dog lover, Shari spends much of her spare time with her two dogs, KobeJames and Khloe.

Sherry Carter is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP, where she handles complaints and helps provide appropriate solutions to customers. She is one of the first people our clients and visitors communicate and engage with when they have a question or problem, or visit to drop off documents. Prior to BRHP, Sherry worked at Baltimore County Housing Authority as a Customer Service Representative. Sherry also worked for GBMC NICU as a Unit Secretary. In her free time, Sherry enjoys crabbing, family time and reupholstering furniture.
