Through his time in the program, he has enjoyed being a positive factor in the lives of Baltimore Housing Mobility Program participants, with one participant of his moving on to purchase their own home after 3 years at his property.

One of the most valued aspects of the Property Partner program is the tools and resource support provided by BRHP; “I like the idea of the Landlord Portal. If we have questions, inquiries, tax implications, I can get a form up, all of those things available without needing to go through a million hoops like other programs I’ve heard of.”
