Property Partner Incentive Form

The Property Partner Incentive Program is designed to increase our property listings in Anne Arundel and Howard Counties.

The Incentive guidelines are described below:
  • The unit must be an approved property listed with BRHP. It should be designated as a referral unit, and the Request for Tenancy Approval (RFTA) must be submitted only after the unit has been approved for listing.
  • Submission must occur no later than 30 days after receipt of your first Housing Assistance Payment (HAP) payment
  • Property Partners must select all applicable incentives they are applying for on the form

New Owners Incentive
$250 for New Owners who meet the following requirements:
 • Owner has never leased with the BRHP Program
 • Owner has leased with the program, but greater than five years ago
 • HAP Contract executed for a unit listed in an Opportunity Area

3-4 Bedroom Units in Opportunity Areas Incentive
$500-700 for property listings in select opportunity areas:
    • 3 Bedroom Units in Opportunity Areas located in Anne Arundel and Howard County
    • 4 Bedroom Units in Opportunity Areas located in Anne Arundel and Howard County

Note: The maximum incentive will not exceed $950 per request
