Use this form to request a mediation with a BRHP representative, tenant, and landlord. Upon submission, a staff member will reach out to schedule the mediation at a time that works for all parties. Completion of this appointment requires participation from both parties. Once scheduled, the staff member must be informed at least 24 hours in advance if the appointment cannot be kept by either party. The appointment may be rescheduled one time. Please note it can take up to 10 business days from the time we receive the request before BRHP reaches out to you. Please do not submit multiple requests.
