Join the Partnership: BRHP Property Partner Orientation on October 26

Are you or someone you know looking to rent their property in the Baltimore region?

The Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP) is seeking qualified property owners to join our partnership. We invite rental property owners in the Baltimore region to learn about the benefits of participating in the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program at a virtual orientation on Tuesday, October 26 from 10:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m.

This orientation is for you if…

1. You believe in our mission and want to support access to affordable housing in resource-rich communities.
2. You want access to pre-screened tenants.
3. You could use a reliable support with your tenancy.
4. You need to fill your vacancy.

On this webinar, owners will learn about the leasing process with the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program, the benefits of the program, how to pass inspections, best practices to be successful, and more. We want our property partners to be successful and attending this orientation is the first step.
