Kelley Webb is a Housing Mobility Associate at BRHP. She is responsible for processing recertifications, interims, and rent increases. Prior to BRHP, Kelley worked at the Baltimore County Department of Housing and Community Development as a rental subsidy specialist. In her free time, she enjoys writing poetry and doing arts and crafts.
