Joseph is a Housing Mobility Associate, Counseling at BRHP, where he works primarily in Post-Move Counseling. Joseph comes to BRHP with prior experience in education, hospitality, and the military. Joseph graduated with a Master's in Education from Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor's in Philosophy from the University of California, Berkeley. Aside from working at BRHP, he is a poet who remains active in Baltimore's art scene.
