Jordan Eades is a Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP, where she is responsible for determining a participant's program eligibility, voucher issuance, and assisting with the processing of Housing Authority of Baltimore City Housing Assistance Payment contracts. She is also responsible for processing rent increase requests, Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTAs), interim forms, and recertifications. Prior to BRHP, Jordan worked in property management. She earned her Bachelor of Science from Morgan State University. In her free time, Jordan enjoys playing softball, traveling, and spending time with friends and family.
