Emily is a Project Management Supervisor at BRHP, where she works on projects related to BRHP's mobility consulting work. Prior to BRHP, Emily worked in the HCV policy office at HUD and as the Research and Policy Director at the Council of Large Public Housing Authorities. Originally from Minnesota, Emily has master's degrees in social work and public affairs and a PhD in social work. In her free time, she enjoys hiking, cheering on her alma mater in college basketball (Rock Chalk), and visiting family in the Midwest.
