Duran Kelly is a Housing Inspector at BRHP, where he is responsible for completing initial and annual home inspections for participants in the BRHP Housing Mobility program, to ensure that the dwellings are adequate, safe, and functional for the new tenants. He also is in contact with tenants and landlords to assuage any questions or concerns they might have. Prior to BRHP, Duran worked in retail for twenty years before working in real estate appraisal for three years. Duran graduated from the University of Baltimore with a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in Real Estate & Economic Development. In his free time, Duran enjoys playing poker and card games with his loved ones.
