De'Monta Reed is a Customer Care Representative at BRHP, where he manages the front desk, assists incoming clients, and processes documents. Prior to BRHP, De'Monta worked at CR of Maryland as an Assistant Property Manager. De'Monta also has over 10 years of customer service experience. He earned his Associates Degree from South Mountain Community College, and attended Howard University. In his free time, De'Monta enjoys music, anime, and any activity in the water!
