BRHP’s office is closed to the public until further notice.

As you know, many agencies, businesses and events have significantly changed their operations in order to keep their staff and those they serve safe. BRHP is no different, and so we are asking you to do your part to keep the virus from spreading, and to keep you and your family from exposure. To that end, we are trying some new things, and pausing some of our normal practices. It is our highest priority to continue to provide payments on behalf of families, and we do not anticipate interruptions to those payments.

Temporary Changes to Operations (as of 7/28/2020)

New BRHP Hotline Number:  667-207-2100 (staff are available from 8:30 a.m. – 5:00 p.m., Monday – Friday)

Effective April 13, 2020 and continuously updated, the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP)
adopted and enacted the following waivers allowing for temporary changes to reduce the impact of
COVID-19. All waivers expire December 31, 2021: Notification of Adoption of Waivers Contained in Department of Housing and Urban Development Notice PIH 2020-05.

BRHP resumed annual inspections on July 6, 2020. Health precautions will be taken to ensure the safety of our inspectors and families. Property Partners will receive their inspections notice in their mail and email.

Unfortunately, many people may experience a temporary decrease in hours and wages, or job loss. BRHP is prioritizing income decrease changes, but it is important that you report this change as soon as possible. The sooner the change is reported, the better we can assist you. To report an income decrease, complete our Interim Change Packet and email to decreases@brhp.org. You can complete this form on your phone, tablet, or computer. To report another type of change, email the packet to reportchange@brhp.org.

All documents should be submitted electronically. Do you need to send a document to BRHP? Scan and email to us using Genius ScanGenius Scan is an easy way to scan and send documents, and can even handle sending multiple pages at one time. The app is free and can be downloaded via these links:
