Suezetta Owens performs the role of a Rental Assistance Associate at BRHP and supports the Housing Mobility team in administering rental assistance services. Previously, Ms. Owens worked for the Housing Authority of Baltimore city, gaining a wealth of knowledge and experience with the Housing Choice Voucher program specifically the Intake, Leasing & Contracting and Portability departments. In addition, Ms. Owens also has experience with the Housing Operations side of HABC; she worked as a Program Specialist for the Public Housing program where she serviced several sites including Odonnell Heights Public Homes and the largest site, Cherry Hill Homes. Ms. Owens is a graduate of Towson University with a Bachelors degree in Liberal Arts. Her favorite quote is, "she who says she can and she who says she can't are both usually right."
