Roxy Blocksdorf is the Special Projects Coordinator at BRHP, where she supports the organization in implementing grant funding for the Healthy Children Voucher Demonstration, a 3-year effort to link housing voucher recipients with healthier home environments. Her responsibilities include identifying and applying for various grants, and serving as the primary liaison between BRHP and the Housing Authority of Baltimore City. Prior to her work as the grants coordinator, Roxy interned with BRHP in the counseling department, as well as worked with various Baltimore non-profits such as TasteWise Kids, the South Baltimore Gateway Partnership and Black Yield Institute. Roxy is also currently a community design aide fellow with the Baltimore City Department of Planning. She earned her bachelor's degree in politics from Mount Holyoke College, and is a proud Baltimore School for the Arts graduate. In her free time, Roxy enjoys running, baking and reading in Baltimore’s many beautiful parks.
