Nicole is a Housing Mobility Team Lead at BRHP, where she manages caseloads of HCV participants. She is also responsible for determining a participants program eligibility, voucher issuance, calculating tenant rent portions and Housing Assistance Payments (HAP). Prior to BRHP, Nicole worked as a membership experience representative at USA Lacrosse. She also worked as an office secretary for the Comptroller of Maryland. Nicole graduated with a Bachelor of Arts degree in human services administration from the University of Baltimore. In her free time, she enjoys reading, binge watching a good show, and traveling.
