What is the Applicant Portal?
The Applicant Portal is one easy place for applicants to check the status of your application and keep your details updated while on the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program waiting list.
Please Note: The Applicant Portal is for current applicants on the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program waiting list – not for new applicants looking to join the waiting list. Applicants on the waiting list received notification and registration instructions for the Applicant Portal via email and USPS mail.
Why do I need to Register in the Applicant Portal?
Registration with the Applicant Portal is required for all applicants on the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program waiting list. The Applicant Portal will be used by BRHP to determine ongoing interest and eligibility for the program. If you do not complete your registration by the deadline provided, you will automatically be removed from the waiting list.
I am on the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program waiting list, and I did not receive a letter with a registration code. What should I do?
Email and USPS mail notification and registration instructions were sent on May 23 and June 6. Please check the spam filter on your email account and your mailbox. If you do not see a letter or email from BRHP by June 13, please email applicants@brhp.org for assistance.
Registration and Updating Application
My registration code isn’t working, what should I do?
First, ensure that you have entered the registration code correctly. There should be no spaces between digits in the code. Codes do not contain the letter “O” but may contain a zero. If your code still is not working, please email applicants@brhp.org or call (667) 207-2190 for assistance.
I am having issues with completing my Applicant Portal registration or updating my application, what should I do?

I completed my registration for the Applicant Portal, now what happens?
Thank you for completing your registration. You should receive an email confirming your successful registration. Now, you should ensure that the applicant information in your profile is up to date. Review the Applicant Portal User Guide at this link for a step-by-step walk through on updating your application.
BRHP will update you to any additional information or documentation that may be needed and to any changes in your waiting list status. Keeping your information up to date is essential to ensure that you receive notification of any changes to your status on the waiting list.
