BRHP seeks an Operations Supervisor who supports BRHP’s mission and purpose and will provide effective project management and guidance to operations staff, along with excellent customer service to a diverse client population. Reporting to the Managing Director of Operations and Program Evaluation, this supervisor will ensure the fine tuning of organizational operations, will coordinate the logistics for seeking and securing new lines of business, and will make recommendations for and assist with implementation of program improvements. The position requires someone that has the ability to serve as an organization-wide leader and competencies in both organizational macro-level and programmatic micro-level matters.
BRHP seeks a Counselor who supports the organization’s mission of providing quality housing counseling services to qualifying families moving to opportunity areas. BRHP is looking for a Counselor that can effectively manage competing priorities and assist a diverse client population with adjusting to new communities. Primary duties include: conducting home visits, connecting families with resources, conducting landlord/tenant mediations, and assisting families with the move process in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures.
BRHP seeks an Operations Analyst to provide operational and technical support to staff and the clients we serve in accordance with the Program’s administrative policies and procedures, with a focus on process reporting, program evaluation and enhancements. The position requires an adept multitasker who can adhere to deadlines, is responsive to the needs of the staff and program, can think creatively to design and implement reporting and process improvements, and will stay abreast of the shifting policy landscape as it relates to BRHP’s program and clients.
