BRHP’s New COVID-19 Emergency Rental Assistance Program

Has COVID-19 affected your ability to pay rent or have you received a court notice for holding over or eviction? Are you a BRHP property partner seeking missing rental payments? You may be eligible for assistance with current or past due payments through BRHP’s new Emergency Rental Assistance Program!

BRHP is now authorized by the Maryland Department of Housing and Community Development to administer emergency rental assistance to participants and property partners of the Baltimore Housing Mobility Program. Learn more and apply through the links below.

Property Partners, use this form to apply for our Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) if the COVID-19 pandemic impacted your tenant’s ability to pay their rental portion either through loss of income or increased expenses and they currently have overdue rent or utility bills.

Tenant, use this form to apply for our Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) if the COVID-19 pandemic impacted your ability to pay your rental portion either through loss of income or increased expenses and you currently have overdue rent or utility bills.
