Driving School Assistance Application

You may be eligible for Driving School Assistance through the Baltimore Regional Housing Partnership (BRHP). 

The following eligibility conditions apply: 
–Any household member who is driving age may apply. The applicant must be listed as a household member on the voucher, and a separate application for assistance should be submitted for each eligible household member.
-The participant must be in good standing with BRHP. 
-The participant must reside in an opportunity area. 
-The household must not have an active repayment agreement, and not have been subject to a pending termination within the last 30 calendar days. 

Driving School Assistance Application Requirements:  
-Apply to BRHP at least 30 days before the course start date and no earlier than 60 days before the course start date. 
-Confirm that the school you wish to attend will accept registration from you and a check for payment from BRHP. 
-Register for the course prior to submitting the application to BRHP. 
-Applications must include: 
1. Proof of driving school registration 
2.Receipt for any deposit paid 

* Accepted applicants will be required to submit an invoice with the name of the school, the name of the student, and the amount owed for driving class.

NOTE: If the class you select requires a deposit to hold your place, you are responsible for the deposit
