Shamon Thomas-Green is a pre-move counseling supervisor at BRHP, where is responsible for assisting BRHP program participants through the beginning stages of the voucher process. She works closely with clients on their personal and financial goals to encourage successful transitions to housing in resource-rich communities. Her previous work experience includes serving as a lead student support worker with Promise Heights. She has also served in mentorship roles and worked with youth in residential treatment settings. Shamon is a graduate from the University of Maryland, College Park with a bachelor's degree in criminal justice and a certificate in African American studies. In her free time she enjoys baking and journaling.
