Kechelle Harvey is a Housing Mobility Associate - Rental Assistance at BRHP, where she processes Housing Choice Voucher recertifications, rent increase requests, Requests for Tenancy Approval (RTA) and other forms. Prior to BRHP, Kechelle worked at Housing Management Resources as an Assistant Property Manager. She earned her bachelor's degree in business administration at Coppin State University and is pursuing her Master's at Morgan State. In her free time, Kechelle volunteers at Sisters 4 Sisters Network Inc., a 501(c)(3) women's organization, and enjoys baking, decorating, and spending time with family and friends.
